Aims and Scope

    The Journal of Tea publishes papers concerned with the advance of tea industry in China and  throughout the world. It publishes original scientific work related to strategic and applied studies in all aspects of tea industry, including tea genetics, tea breeding; tea plant physiology, tea plant protection, tea soil management and fertilization; organic and sustainable farming systems; tea processing, tea chemistry and functional components isolation; tea culture and review papers in each issue.
