Techniques of fast propagation of tea by cutting

Abstract: Methyl aldehyde was used to sterile  soils for tea cutting. It was found that the growth of tea cuttings was better than conventional cutting method. The cutting was carried out on the sterilized soils in June and the plants of cutting could be transplanted in November.

　　茶树短穗扦插快速育苗技术

    莲都区地处浙南山区,瓯江中游,气候温和,无霜期长,属亚热带季风气候.我区从1973年开始推广茶树短穗扦插技术以来,已有30年历史,其繁育系数大,曾为本区及周边县市发展良种茶园作出重大贡献.但传统的育苗方法,化工大,成本高,一直影响着这项工作的效益,于是我们在1999年-2001年3年中,进行了土壤消毒办法的短穗扦插试验,经过多次试验、摸索、总结,得出了茶树短穗扦插快速育苗技术,其结果:在6月20日扦插的,插后35d,发根率95.3%,平均每株8.3根,大部分根长2cm左右,最长的2.7cm;插后60d,平均苗高17.65cm,苗高20cm以上的占51%;插后120d,平均苗高20.93cm,苗高20cm以上的占68.5%,成活率97.3%.在10月30日喷施2.4-D(200mg/kg)阻止茶苗伸长,促进苗顶成熟,11月20日出圃,育苗全程5个月.……
