status quo of Guizhou Kuding tea industry and its countermeasures YAO Yongjing Guizhou Tea Research Institute, Meitang 564100, Guizhou, China Abstract: Kuding tea, a beverage prepared from leaf of Ilex latifolia, has been a popular drink in western China for 1800 years. However, leaves from 22 other species were also used to prepared beverages, which were also called Kuding tea in Guizhou Province. 苦丁茶又称苦簦茶,湖南农业大学陈兴琰教授考证,古代文献所指的皋芦(或瓜芦)就是现今的苦丁茶[1].成书于东汉时期(公元25~220年)的<桐君录>记载:"南方有瓜木,亦似茗,至苦涩,取为屑,茶饮,亦通宵不眠",说明我国民间习惯饮用苦丁茶至少有1800年的历史[2].<中药大辞典>记载:"苦丁茶为冬青科植物枸骨和大叶冬青的叶.四川地区用木樨科植物序梗女贞的叶,贵州地区则用日本毛女贞的叶作苦丁茶使用."现已知有10个科的22种植物在不同地区作苦丁茶饮用.…… |
