Structure and organization of Kenya's tea industry Mamati G.E., LIANG Yuerong Abstract:This paper presents the organizational structure of the tea industry in
Kenya. A background to the institutions within the industry is provided.
The contribution of the respective organizations to the in-dustry is
presented. The paper also provides an overview of the successful
management of a leading agricultural industry in Kenya, a country that is
fourth largest producer of tea in the World. A brief background is given
