Structure and organization of Kenya's tea industry

Abstract：This paper presents the organizational structure of the tea industry in Kenya. A background to the institutions within the industry is provided. The contribution of the respective organizations to the in-dustry is presented. The paper also provides an overview of the successful management of a leading agricultural industry in Kenya, a country that is fourth largest producer of tea in the World. A brief background is given on the reform and necessity for establishment of the organizations.

摘　要：本文介绍了肯尼亚茶产业的组织结构及其内部机构的背景、不同组织对茶产业的作用.同时剖析了肯尼亚这个世界第四大产茶国中最重要的农业产业--茶产业的成功管理经验以及各个组织机构的改革背景.
